Check-in time is from 2pm, check-out time up until 11am

Yes, this is complimentary for our guests

Does the hotel have a pool?

Yes, the hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool, located on level 11. Please check with reception or concierge for opening hours

Yes, the hotel has a fitness centre, this is also located on level 11

No, we are a non-smoking hotel. For those that smoke an additional cleaning fee will be charged

Is there Parking at the Hotel?

No, but we recommend people traveling by car to park at First Parking, located at 100 Bathurst Street

What is the best way to access the hotel?

By train- the nearest station to the hotel is Museum Station, located 200m from the hotel or a 5 minute walk

Does the hotel offer transportation from the airport?

Do i need to make reservations for the Porter House venues?

We highly recommend making a booking for Dixson & Sons. Henry’s Bread & Wine and Spice Trader do not require bookings
